Personal counselling provides an opportunity to be listened to while you talk about the challenges that you are facing in life. This mode of counselling can be short-term, even as short as a one-off session, or longer term over a period of weeks or months. It is generally specific to a particular problem area which you are experiencing. Our counsellors will assist you in finding the necessary options and coping mechanisms which will support change.

Couples attend together and our counsellors will assist in the expression and facilitation of their difficulties. Our counsellors will guide the process of listening to each other, and finding ways to establish a positive relationship. Sometimes relationships come to an end.
